In doing so, we create a clear and unique image and performance profile for the respective sports personality in order to create value-increasing awareness and, above all, image transfer for companies / brands and their consumers. sporteo therefore acts as a conceptual and executive partner for all sponsors as well as sports personalities.
For approx. 120 sky live matches per season we rely on animated and digital panels (suited for daylight) as part of the domestic Tipico Bundesliga. The digital panels can be adapted to each and every advertising message and guarantee a high level of visibility. Services are invoiced to the second and boast a very attractive CPM (cost per thousand). In addition, the 3D cam-carpet by sporteo has earned its regular spot given its position directly adjacent to both goals as well as its enormous TV visibility (visible for 10 minutes and 13 minutes net time).
As of 1 July 2018 sporteo became the strategic marketing partner of the ÖFB. The cooperation covers the marketing of the advertising panels for all home matches of the national team as part of the World Cup and the European qualifiers as well as friendly matches and the UEFA Nations League, which celebrated its opening season in autumn 2018. The UEFA Nations League has set itself the goal of creating more challenging test matches among the participating countries. Moreover, sporteo is the proud owner of the marketing mandates for the women’s national team and the U21 national team and will act as the exclusive service provider for all home matches of these three teams.
Austria’s women footballers have made great strides over the past years. In 2013 the U17 squad and in 2017 the U19 squad qualified for the European Championship. On the other hand, the A team narrowly missed qualification for the 2013 European Championship as well as the 2015 World Cup. However, the women of the Austrian team qualified for the semi-final of the 2017 European Championship in the Netherlands proving that dreams can come true. Due to the reach of the ÖFB women on free TV, broadcasts of their matches present opportunities for advertising companies in Austria which are too good to be missed.
The contract between the Austrian Football Federation (Österreichischen Fußball-Bund – ÖFB) and sporteo for the central marketing of the UNIQA ÖFB Cup was extended by four years as of 1 July 2018.Thus both partners enter the centennial year of this traditional competition together in 2019. The competition took place in the 2017/18 season under the motto ‘BeliefWillCourage’.
The cup winner is automatically eligible for the 2018/19 UEFA Europa League play-offs.
As a rule five to ten live matches take places: as part of the UEFA League qualification sporteo is in charge of the marketing with the digital panel for participating clubs of the Austrian league – for home and away matches.
